Motorcycles use that shape. Try searching for repros of motorcycle plates, or check ebay for real ones. I couldn't find a current Spanish one, but here's a German one for $9 .

EDIT: P.S. I just saw a Spain-registered RV filling up at the gas station today. I'm in Western Canada.
